Privacy policy

We value your privacy. We collect no more on this website than is strictly necessary – we have no online shop, no user accounts and no advertising tracking. Below you will find which data we process and why, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Czech Act No. 110/2019 Coll.

What data we process

  • When you write to us or call us – your name, e-mail address or phone number and the content of your message. The contact form on this website stores nothing and sends nothing to a server; it only prepares an e-mail in your own mail program, which you send yourself.
  • When you order custom ceramics from us – the details needed to arrange the order, hand it over and issue a receipt.

Purpose and legal basis

  • Replying to your enquiry – legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Fulfilling an order – performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Bookkeeping – compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

How long we keep data

We keep correspondence only for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry, and no longer than 2 years after our last contact. Accounting records are archived for the period required by law (usually 10 years).

Who we share data with

We do not sell your data or share it for marketing purposes. Only the service providers we strictly need may have access to it – our e-mail provider, our web host (Vercel Inc.) and, where applicable, our accountant. The host may process technical data (such as your IP address) in server logs for the security and operation of the website.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising tools, and does not track you. Fonts are loaded directly from our own website, not from third-party servers. That is why we do not ask for your consent to cookies.

Your rights

You have the right to:

  • request access to your data and a copy of it,
  • request that your data be corrected or erased,
  • request restriction of processing,
  • object to processing,
  • data portability,
  • lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
